Note: Request should be made at least 3 weeks in advance of event. Approval of building use provides only limited building access.

Indicate the date that you'll be setting up for the event.

NOTE: Building use must be between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

General Policies

  • Food service must take place in the Kitchen, Foyer, or Commons.
  • No alcoholic beverages may be present or consumed on church property.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside any of the church facilities
  • All users must provide their own service items (cups, plates, napkins, utensils) and not use church stock.
  • All users must provide their own beverage service and not use church coffee or beverages in the refrigerator.
  • All users must remove their trash and place in the dumpster located at the end of the parking lot.
  • Non-ministry events are subject to a fee.
