Ecclesiastes ep.6: The Gift of Community
This past weekend, we explored The Gift of Community: A Life Shared Is a Life Strengthened from Ecclesiastes 4:7-12. Solomon reminds us of the power of walking through life together:
“Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their efforts. For if either falls, his companion can lift him up… And if someone overpowers one person, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not easily broken.”(Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)
God never intended for us to do life alone. Whether in times of joy or struggle, we are strengthened when we walk in community with others.
Key Takeaways from This Week’s Message:
- Isolation weakens, but community strengthens. We thrive when we build meaningful relationships that encourage and challenge us in our faith.
- We were created for connection. From the very beginning, God designed us to live in relationship with Him and with one another.
- A Christ-centered community is a powerful force. When we stand together in faith, we become a testimony to God’s love and a source of strength for those in need.
